Incumbent commissioners all reelected

Incumbent Bowling Green City commissioners Carlos Bailey, Dana Beasley-Brown, Sue Parrigin and Melinda Hill have all been reelected, fending off challengers John Williams and Johnalma Barnett.
The top four vote-getters in the commission race will serve on the board.
The top vote-getter was Beasley-Brown, who will retain her seat on the commission with 10,491 votes. A family resource coordinator at Bowling Green Junior High, Beasley-Brown first won her commission seat in 2018.
Parrigin, who was first elected in 2014, keeps her seat on the commission with 10,022 votes.
Bailey won 9,533 votes Tuesday night. He has served on the commission since 2020, and works as an attorney in Bowling Green.
Hill, who served on the commission from 2011 to 2016 and returned in 2020, will keep her seat after getting 9,089 votes.
Williams, who serves as a detective with the Warren County Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office, netted 7,665 votes Tuesday night.
Barnett, the coordinator for Feeding America Bowling Green, won 6,723 votes. Barnett previously ran for a commission seat in 2022.
