The Western Kentucky University community celebrated as singer Flo-Rida, known for the hit songs “Low,” “Right Round” and “Good Feeling,” performed on the university’s South Lawn for a free concert that led into the Hilltoppers’ Wednesday night football game against Kennesaw State.
