Burr nets four goals in Lady Raiders’ win against ACS

Warren East senior Deca Burr scored four goals and added an assist to lead the visiting Lady Raiders to an 8-0 girls’ soccer win against District 15 rival Allen County-Scottsville on Thursday.
Dayeli Mendez also tallied a hat trick for Warren East with three goals. Zoe Witherspoon added a goal and an assist, Kenzie Upton had two assists, and Isabelle Lacer and Abbie Rigsby each had an assist in the win.
Goalkeeper Kynleigh Barrick recorded the shutout for Warren East (11-2 overall, 6-0 District 15), which is at Green County on Saturday.
ACS (9-6, 1-4) travels to Breckinridge County on Saturday.
South Warren 8, Logan County 0
Host South Warren rolled to an 8-0 win against Logan County on Thursday.
Carissa Lieber and Berkley Bryce each tallied a goal and an assist to pace the Spartans. Addison Boor, Riley Moore, Elda Mustafic, Jordin Grubb and Maddie Denney added one goal each in the win.
Goalkeepers Bella Moore and Caitlin Kincaid combined on the shutout for South Warren (8-5-2), which faces North Hardin and North Laurel in matches Saturday at Central Hardin.
Logan County (6-10) hosts District 13 rival Franklin-Simpson on Tuesday.
Franklin-Simpson 5, East Robertson 1
Addy McKinney notched a hat trick with three goals and added an assist to pace visiting Franklin-Simpson to a 5-1 win against East Robertson (Tennessee) on Thursday.
Madison Slate tallied a goal and an assist, Lily Tyree scored a goal and Kaylee Barrow finished with two assists for the Lady Wildcats.
Slate (17) saves and Cecilia Huggins (three saves) gave up just one goal for Franklin-Simpson (11-2), which is at District 13 rival Logan County on Tuesday.
Greenbrier 6, Russellville 1
Host Greenbrier (Tennessee) claimed a 6-1 win against Russellville on Thursday.
Trystanne Hickman scored an unassisted for for the visiting Lady Panthers.
Russellville (0-13) hosts Clinton County on Saturday.

Haley Mutter scored a pair of goals to lead host Barren County to a 3-0 win against District 15 rival Glasgow on Thursday.
Laney Wheeler added a goal for the Trojanettes.
Barren County (7-6-1, 4-2) hosts Clinton County on Saturday.
Glasgow (5-9, 0-5) hosts district foe Allen County-Scottsville on Tuesday.

Brody McAlister produced three goals for a hat trick to spark visiting Franklin-Simpson to a 3-1 win against Glasgow on Thursday.
Oscar Lopez had a pair of assists and Griff Banton added another assist for the Wildcats in the win.
Goalkeeper Kaden Goodwin tallied seven saves for Franklin-Simpson (8-4), which travels to District 13 rival Logan County on Tuesday.
Darwin Hernandez scored a goal off an assist from Yenner Lopez for Glasgow (12-6), which visits Hart County on Tuesday.
FCA 1, Muhlenberg County 0
John Lennox Wesley scored the lone goal as Foundation Christian Academy claimed a 1-0 win against homestanding Muhlenberg County on Thursday.
Goalkeeper Ethan Rubel tallied six saves to record the shutout for FCA (9-4-1), which hosts Logan County on Saturday.
Ohio County 8, Warren East 1
Visiting Warren East dropped an 8-1 decision to Ohio County on Thursday.
Steven Rodriguez scored the lone goal for Warren East (5-6).

Edmonson County 2, Warren Central 1
Josie Lich totaled nine kills and 10 digs to lift visiting Edmonson County to a 2-1 (25-21, 19-25, 25-23) win against Warren Central on Thursday.
Rylee Skaggs had seven kills, Bailey Ferguson tallied four kills and 19 digs, Julie Norris had three kills and two blocks, Kinsley York notched 20 assists and 16 digs, Averie Hill had 20 digs, Allie Faulkner finished with 16 digs and four aces, and Harper Ferguson had eight digs for the Lady Cats.
Edmonson County (10-9) and Warren Central (5-8) are each scheduled to play four matches in the Barren County tournament on Saturday.
Grayson County 3, Butler County 0
Visiting Grayson County earned a 3-0 (25-9, 25-6, 25-9) win against District 12 foe Butler County on Thursday.
Miley Franzell had four kills, Madison Jones tallied two kills and three blocks, Jenelle Kimmel had three blocks, and Samantha Johnson totaled seven assists and seven digs for the Lady Bears in the loss.
Butler County (1-13, 0-4) is slated to play four matches in the Barren County tournament on Saturday.
