Lisa ‘Lovey’ Munford (Newcome)

BOWLING GREEN – Lisa Munford, a beautiful individual, known for her kind, loving, caring, faith and goodness, left us on August 29, 2024. Born on October 24, 1961, Lisa lived a life filled with tremendous love, passion, and desire to help and service others.

Lisa is survived by her loving husband Danny of 41 years, her only child Brittany (Chase) Kelley, grandchildren, Maggie and Cruze Kelley, her mother Mary Helen Newcome, and her sister Wanda Buckler. Her departure leaves an unfillable void in their lives, yet they all find comfort in the many memories made and the everlasting love they shared. Lisa was a housewife who dedicated her entire life to her family and friends, but especially her two grandchildren, Maggie and Cruze.

Her greatest honor was to be called “LOVEY” by her family and anyone else she came into contact with. Services will be held at the Chapel at the Living Hope Church campus (the former Catholic Church building) on Saturday, August 31st. Visitation will be from 9 am to 12 noon central time, with the funeral starting at 12 noon.
