The Garmons will sing at 10 a.m. Sept. 8 for homecoming services at Coffey’s Chapel Community Church at 3955 Ky. 76 in Russell Springs; at 6 p.m. Sept. 15 at Fairview Memorial Missionary Baptist Church, 1150 Fairview Ave.; and at 10 a.m. Sept. 22 at Portland General Baptist Church in Portland, Tennessee, at 10 W. Market St.

The Kentucky Evangelist Gospel Music Fellowship will host a gospel music gathering at 6 p.m. Sept. 7 at McDonald’s just off of Hwy. 231 in Beaver Dam. For more information, email truesong777@gmail.com.

Gloryland Gospel Church, 1761 Bowling Green Road in Scottsville, will have homecoming services at 10 a.m. Sunday. Juanita Combs will preach. There will be a time for reflection and recognition of the founders, past members and former pastors. Lunch will be served after the morning service. Evening services will be cancelled for this day. A night of gospel singing sponsored by Ministries for Christ Worship Center will be held at 6:30 p.m. Saturday at the Ohio County Community Center in Hartford. Featured groups include The Burden Family and The Turner Family. Admission is free and a love offering will be taken to cover expenses.

The Turner Family will sing for homecoming services at 10 a.m. Sunday at Calvary Hill Baptist Church in Beaver Dam.
