Taylor Chapel Church, 503 Clay St., will have a fish fry beginning at 11 a.m. Saturday, sponsored by the Trustee Board.

SPECIAL MUSIC

A benefit singing will be at 4 p.m. Saturday at Gloryland Gospel Church, 1761 Bowling Green Road, Scottsville. Guest singers will be The Laborers Few and The Turner Family. Donations will go to Brian and Tonya Brown for medical expenses. A silent auction will be held after the singing. For more information, contact Pastor Chris Calvert.

The Garmons will sing at 10 a.m. Sept. 8 for homecoming services at Coffey’s Chapel Community Church at 3955 Ky. 76 in Russell Springs; and at 10 a.m. Sept. 22 at Portland General Baptist Church in Portland, Tennessee, at 10 W. Market St.

The Kentucky Evangelist Gospel Music Fellowship will host a gospel music gathering at 6 p.m. Sept. 7 at McDonald’s just off of Hwy. 231 in Beaver Dam. For more information, email truesong777@gmail.com.
