Hailee Elizabeth Back, 22, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, theft by unlawful taking of property (firearm), theft by unlawful taking of property valued at $500 or more but less than $1,000; $2,500 unsecured bond.

Cynthia Diane Brown, 39, 4555 Cemetery Road, first-degree bail jumping, first-degree persistent felony offender; $2,500 cash bond.

Michael Alexander Bryson, 24, 313 Victoria Way, Franklin, first-degree wanton endangerment, first-degree criminal mischief, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid or assistance, criminal littering, reckless driving; transfer bond.

Nicholas Dean Bures AKA Dean Allen Knight, 59, Olaton, four counts of theft by deception of property valued at $1,000 or more but less than $10,000; notice to appear.

Johnathan Wayne Ernspiker, 41, Shepherdsville, first-degree fleeing or evading police, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants, operating on a suspended or revoked operator’s license, reckless driving, speeding, improper passing, first-degree persistent felony offender; transfer bond; possession of a handgun by a convicted felon, first-degree persistent felony offender; transfer bond.

Alejandro Moran Escobar, 29, Nashville, second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, theft by deception of property valued at $1,000 or more but less than $10,000; $5,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Cesar Montero Escobar, 49, Nashville, second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, theft by deception valued at $1,000 or more but less than $10,000; $5,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Jason Carl Gann, 44, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, first-degree strangulation, fourth-degree assault (domestic), third-degree criminal mischief, second-degree persistent felony offender; $5,000 cash bond.
