Med Center Health Foundation awards scholarships to local students.

Med Center Health Foundation has given out $49,000 in scholarships to local students for the 2024-25 academic year.
The foundation awarded six different scholarships to 10 different students in southcentral Kentucky.

The 2024-2025 MCH Foundation Scholarship recipients are:
Aubry Weaver, recipient of the Floyd Ellis Scholarship, given to a full-time student at Western Kentucky University who is a dependent child of a WRECC employee.
Kaylee Bielak and Lexi Harrison, recipients of the Carrel K. Sumner Family Memorial Scholarship, given to up to two students who are dependent children of MCH employees, with a total amount of $5,000 awarded.
Hallie Cassady and Rhyan Curry, recipients of the Charles M. Stewart Scholarship, given to up to two WKU students who are dependent children of MCH employees, with a total amount of $5,000 awarded.
Madison Stockton, recipient of the Herbert A. Oldham Scholarship, which covers tuition and book allowance and is awarded to a WKU student who is a member of an underrepresented population and who is a graduate of a high school in Warren County.
Mollie Fowler and Katelin Henderson, recipients of the Helen Dinning Scholarship, which is awarded to graduates of Franklin-Simpson High School who are full-time sophomores, juniors or seniors at WKU and who are currently enrolled in a health-related degree program, with a total amount of $4,300 awarded.

Anna Gross and Shaelee Welch, recipient of The Medical Center at Scottsville Scholarship, which covers tuition and a book allowance and is awarded to graduates of Allen County-Scottsville High School who are beginning freshmen at WKU.
