Bailey Nathaniel Cornell, 25, 204 Rumsey St., Smiths Grove, first-degree strangulation, fourth-degree assault (domestic), first-degree persistent felony offender; transfer bond.

Collin Ray Cummings, 26, 6550 Louisville Road, Apt. F45, possession of synthetic drugs (second offense), first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia; transfer bond.
