Hywel Channing Bowman, 55, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (fentanyl, firearm enhanced), three counts of first-degree criminal abuse, reckless homicide; $25,000 cash bond; possession of a handgun by a convicted felon; combine bond with other indictment.

Scott Allen Ellison, 56, c/o Louisville Metro Corrections, first-degree promoting contraband; $5,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Dewayne Montail Graves, 35, 1709 Pleasant Way, fourth-degree assault (third or greater offense within five years, domestic), second-degree persistent felony offender; transfer bond.

Keikelani Maile Harden, 21, 3870 Nashville Road, Apt. A, theft by unlawful taking of property valued at $10,000 or more, third-degree criminal mischief; $5,000 cash bond.
