Kelsie Lynn Lindsey, 20, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, first-degree possession of a controlled substance; $1,500 cash bond.

Kerby Lane Basham, 47, 4942 Richardsville Road, first-degree criminal attempt to commit rape, fourth-degree assault (domestic), third-degree terroristic threatening; transfer bond.

Kevin Shane Beckelheimer, 48, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, first-degree unlawful imprisonment, first-degree wanton endangerment, intimidating a participant in the legal process, fourth-degree assault (domestic), first-degree persistent felony offender; $10,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.
