Fence impedes foot traffic downtown

Another letter concerning the parking garage – (recently) going to the concert, I noticed there wasn’t a closed sign on the northeast exit. The elevator not working, I took the steps just to find I’m in the fenced area. The fence needs to be moved at least 5 feet in providing a walkway to the sidewalk.
