“I felt pretty good,” Hawks said. “We all worked together and the offense gave me some runs. I’m feeling pretty good for the season so far.”
Hawks, who pitched for USA Baseball’s gold medal-winning team over the summer in the COPABE U-18 Pan-American Tournament, has been a workhorse for the Raiders.
“My innings have been up a little bit, but I’m feeling pretty good,” Hawks said. “I worked really hard during the offseason after I got home, so I’ve been in the weight room a lot.”
