Williams, a 6-foot, 185-pound wide receiver, signed with WKU in the Class of 2018 from Beach High School in Savannah, Ga.

247Sports rated Williams a three-star prospect. He chose WKU over offers from Ball State, Coastal Carolina, Georgia Southern and Georgia State.

Williams redshirted during the 2018 season.

He didn’t participate with the team during on-field activities, including practice, over the second half of the year, team spokesman Kyle Neaves confirmed to the Daily News.
