An Allen County man was arrested Tuesday following an undercover investigation into child sexual exploitation.

Kentucky State Police said investigators discovered Mark E. Scoby, 51, of Scottsville, discussing the sexual abuse of children online. The investigation led to the execution of a search warrant at a Scottsville residence and Scoby’s arrest on 20 counts of possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor, KSP said.

Scoby was placed in the Allen County Detention Center.
