Bowling Green’s Houchens Industries opened the seventh Crossroads IGA in the Bowling Green area July 25 at 535 Three Springs Road. Crossroads IGA is a neighborhood market grocery store offering fresh produce, meats, freshly prepared meals and a selection of grocery items.

This new Crossroads IGA will also house a Which Wich restaurant, the second opened by Houchens in Bowling Green. Which Wich Superior Sandwiches, a Texas-based fast casual restaurant chain specializing in sandwiches and salads, opened in November in the Houchens-owned Shell convenience store at 553 Duntov Way near the National Corvette Museum.

Which Wich has 430 locations in 39 states. The chain also has three locations in Louisville. The company is working on new locations in Owensboro and Elizabethtown as well.
