Urge lawmakers to override veto of HB200

As a preschool teacher at Cumberland Trace Elementary School, I have watched over the last few months as politicians in Frankfort have argued over how the state’s resources will be allocated to fund critical programs like preschool for our students.
My kids depend on the early support and interventions we provide in my classroom every day to assure they get on the right track for a lifetime of learning. The recent state budget adopted by the General Assembly is far from perfect but does provide critical resources our school districts need in order to serve our students. My kids can’t wait on politicians in Frankfort any longer. Please join me in contacting our legislators and asking them to override the governor’s veto of HB 200.
Our kids deserve the investment in their future.
