Of his six catches vs. FAU, five went for first downs and one was a 12-yard score in the second quarter. On the season, Yelder leads WKU in all three receiving categories with 33 receptions for 399 yards and four touchdowns.

Yelder was also named to the PFF College National Team of the Week at the tight end position with a rating of 92.8. It tied for the highest grade among the 12 players on the squad with SMU quarterback Ben Hicks.

The Louisville native became the first Hilltopper to appear on a PFF College National Team of the Week so far this season.
