The 2017 Heroes Festival, a Halloween “trunk-or-treat” event hosted by The Medical Center Emergency Management Services and featuring local emergency service departments, will be from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday in The Medical Center parking lots between Fourth and Fifth avenues.
