Bowling Green – Born on the 4th of July to Richard Feldman and Beverly Reynolds Feldman in 1976, she was their only daughter. Jessie was quite a firecracker. She attended St. Joseph Catholic School as an elementary student and was a talented basketball star and pianist. In 1993 she became a young mother to her only daughter, Victoria Herald (Adam). Jessica later graduated from Greenwood Highschool in 1994. In the year 2000 Jessica Feldman Hehn made a grand lifetime achievement in mothering her first son, Connor Hehn, while simultaneously graduating with honors from Western Kentucky University acquiring a Bachelor’s of Science degree, with concentrations in Family and Consumer Sciences and Education. While serving as a book keeper at Trailer World, Inc., Jessica also taught home economics, which was truly her second passion in life behind her call to motherhood; the matriarch went on to welcome her youngest son Gavin Hehn in 2009. Jessie loved family and was elated to become a grandmother in 2012 to Emma Herald and later welcomed her grandson Heath Herald in 2015. The greatest joys in Jessica’s life were central to love and family. She loved Mother Earth, and to create and learn; Jessica was also an advocate for mental health and women’s rights; she also advocated turning that music up, specifically rock and roll. Survivors include her resilient children, Victoria, Connor, and Gavin. A sister, Sophia Feldman, and a brother, Ritchie Feldman (Mary). Her loving parents Richard Feldman and Beverly Feldman, and a gracious step-mother Jin Lian Feldman. A niece, Mallory Feldman and two nephews Mayer and Louie Feldman. Two grandchildren Emma Herald and Heath Herald. Several cousins and aunts and uncles, and also her paternal grandmother, Nelda Ruth Feldman. She is preceded in death by paternal grandfather Francis Feldman, and maternal grandparents John Elmo and Omi Reynolds; three aunts, Nancy Ausbrooks, Patsy Lawrence, and Lorraine Feldman Swift and a cousin, Stephanie Long. Services to honor and celebrate Jessica Feldman Hehn’s life and legacy will be held at J.C. Kirby & Son funeral home, Lover’s Lane location on Sunday, October 29, 2017. Public visitation is from 10 am until 2 pm and the service to commence at 2 pm. Jessie will be entered into rest alongside loving family members at Martha’s Chapel following the service.
