Edmonson County scored two fourth-quarter touchdowns to pull away from Barren County 21-0 at Warren Central High School on Thursday night to wrap up the regular season.

Brayden Carey put the Wildcats (6-4) on the board first with a 1-yard touchdown run with 3:30 left in the third quarter.

Quarterback Tucker Cole scampered for a 36-yard TD run in the fourth quarter and Zack Farmer returned an interception 28 yards for a touchdown 10 seconds later to make it 21-0.

Edmonson County will play Paducah Tilghman in the first round of the Class 3A playoffs. Barren County (1-9) will play Christian County in the 5A playoffs next Friday.
