The South Central Kentucky Workforce Development Board announced a new partnership with the Logan County Public Library as the board’s newest affiliate site.

As a partner affiliate site, the library at 225 Armory Drive in Russellville will offer computer access for job searches, provide job announcement releases for the region, host job preparation workshops and provide limited assistance for resume review.

Workforce Development Board President and CEO Robert Boone said the addition of this affiliate site fits with the board’s goal of increasing access to job placement and employment services in the 10-county region. He said the new site “will help connect job seekers and employers, leading to greater regional economic vitality and financial stability for the individuals we serve.”
