WKU loses 10th straight conference game, 5-1 at Louisiana Tech

Western Kentucky’s Conference USA losing streak reached double digits Sunday as the Hilltoppers lost 5-1 to Louisiana Tech in Ruston, La., marking the team’s 10th straight C-USA loss.
WKU (13-32 overall, 4-17 C-USA) hasn’t won a conference game since winning 4-3 at UTSA on April 8. WKU is last in the C-USA standings.
The Toppers broke a scoreless tie in the top of the fourth Sunday on a Hunter Wood home run. The Bulldogs then scored the game’s final five runs.{&end}
