After capturing the point in doubles, ETSU won two straight singles matches before WKU junior Violetta Shatalova picked up her ninth straight win of the season by defeating Jayde Viccars 6-1, 6-2 on court six. The Bucs responded, though, by winning on court five to claim the 4-1 victory.
