Attorney Joseph Brown joined English, Lucas, Priest, Owsley LLP of Bowling Green as an associate. He is a practicing attorney in employment and education law.

Before coming to ELPO, Brown was a law clerk at Garmer & Prather in Lexington. From 2012-14, Brown was a park ranger at Mammoth Cave National Park. Brown now lives in Bowling Green and is involved in a variety of community activities.

Brown is a 2016 graduate of the University of Kentucky College of Law. He earned his bachelor of arts in history in 2013 from the University of Kentucky.
