Logan County voters have chosen their winners in the elections.

Jimmy Davenport led with 1,721 votes in the nonpartisan Russellville City Council race. Sandra F. Kinser received 1,695 votes. Larry S. Wilcutt received 1,406 votes. Pat Walpole Bell received 1,386 votes. S. Darlene Gooch received 1,329 votes. Jack J. Whipple received 1,315 votes. The total number of voters was 8,858.

In the Adairville City Council race, Rebecca “Becky” Tinch led with 233 votes. Danny Finch received 227 votes. Amy Trimble Williams received 198 votes. Derrick Scott received 174 votes. William G. Steen received 174 votes. Tabitha Stephens received 147 votes. The total number of voters was 1,153.

Auburn mayoral candidate Mike Hughes defeated Maxie D. Rittenberry 396 to 159. The total number of voters was 555.
