Bowling Green – Lynetta Gisell Alferio of Bowling Green, Ky passed away on October 15, 2016 at Magnolia Village in Bowling Green after a prolonged battle with Dementia. She was a native of Elyria, Ohio and daughter of Benno Kuehls, Florida, and the late Gisela Kuehls. She was 57 years old.
Lynetta was a wonderful wife, taking care of her husband of 38 years Anthony, being his strength and rock, with unquestionable love. She was a nurturing mother, raising 2 beautiful children, Nina Brynn of Maui, Hi and Anthony Blake, of Bowling Green, KY watching them grow into young adults, loving each one with all her heart.
Lynetta graduated from Tennessee State University with a Bachelors of Science in 1997. As a Physical Therapist she guided her patients with stern direction while providing warmth and encouragement. Striving for the best, never accepting defeat or taking no for an answer.
At too young of an age she was an ill woman, sitting inside, watching the world pass by, wishing she could keep up with it, not knowing why she could not.
Lynetta’s memory will live on in all of those she touched.
A Memorial Service will be conducted Wednesday October 19, 2016 at 12:00pm (noon) at Holy Spirit Catholic Church. Visitation will be from 11:00 AM until 12:00 PM at the church. Arrangements are by JC Kirby and Son Lovers Lane Chapel.
