Bowling Green – Paula Lindsey Bates, 63 of Bowling Green died at her residence on Sept. 18, 2016.

The Harlan Co., KY native was a daughter of the late Wilbur Lindsey and Lucille Warnell Lindsey who survives and is preceded in death by her husband Jack Bates. She was a CNA at the Medical Center and a member of Eastwood Baptist Church.

Her survivors include her mother Lucille Lindsey; two sisters, Dona Lindsey and Gerri L Carnes; two nephews, Scott W. Hocker and Jeremiah Johnson; several great nieces, nephews and cousins, one aunt, Anna Lawson.

A memorial service will be at 5 p.m. Tuesday at Hardy & Son Funeral Home, Bowling Green Chapel with visitation from 3-5 p.m. Tuesday, burial will be at a later date at Brownsville City Cemetery.
