Georgia RB Huntley commits to Toppers

Western Kentucky has secured its first out-of-state commitment in the Class of 2017.

Locust Grove (Ga.) High School running back Caleb Huntley announced Friday that he had committed to WKU. He made his decision public with a short video posted from his Twitter profile, @BalebHuntley.

247Sports’ composite rankings list Huntley as a three-star prospect ranked No. 1,142 nationally, No. 76 at his position and No. 113 in the state of Georgia. 247 listed him with offers from Georgia State and Minnesota along with FCS schools Elon and Mercer.

Huntley is listed on his Hudl profile as a 6-foot, 210-pound prospect. He finished his junior season at Locust Grove with 998 yards and eight touchdowns on the ground.

Huntley joins Christian County High School commits Keyron Catlett and Kenneth Major in WKU’s Class of 2017.
