In designing homes and hotels around the world, Cortney Novogratz has learned that lighting can make or break a room. The co-host of HGTV’s “Home by Novogratz,” star of Bravo’s “9 by Design” and co-author of “Home by Novogratz” and “Downtown Chic” (all with husband Robert) says that in addition to illuminating the space, lighting can create beautiful focal points and personalize a home.
