Tammy Kay Adkins, 42, 270 Ora Huff Road, flagrant nonsupport, first-degree persistent felony offender; $5,000 cash bond.

Zebadiah Gabriel Cook, 37, 2745 Nashville Road, Apt. 7, first-degree sexual abuse, indecent exposure, second-degree persistent felony offender; $10,000 cash bond.

Jeffrey Wayne Cooper, 28, c/o Warren County Regional Jail, two counts of second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, second-degree persistent felony offender; $5,000 cash bond.

Billy Dewayne Coomer, 30, address unknown, second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument; $1,000 cash bond.

Jermaine D. Ervin Jr., 25, 2602 Navajo Drive, Apt. 532, trafficking in marijuana (more than eight ounces but less than five pounds), second-degree persistent felony offender; transfer bond.

Jared Lee Grainger, 18, 416 Morgantown Road, first-degree wanton endangerment, fourth-degree assault (domestic), second-degree criminal mischief; transfer bond.

Joshua James Jones, 36, 412 Bob O. Link Road, first-degree fleeing or evading police, first-degree criminal mischief, first-degree persistent felony offender; $25,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

Thomas H. Lemieux, 53, 360 Pascoe Blvd., Apt. J2, bigamy; $1,000 cash bond.

Jean Claude Ngurumuryango, 37, 613 Mitchell Court, three counts of first-degree wanton endangerment, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants (aggravating circumstances); transfer bond.

Christopher Dale Russell, 42, 209 Plain Ave., first-degree bail jumping, second-degree persistent felony offender; $5,000 cash bond.

Timothy Garrett Skaggs, 42, Owensboro, flagrant nonsupport; $3,000 cash bond.

Matthew D. Springman, 32, Fishers, Ind., flagrant nonsupport; $15,000 cash bond in defendant’s name only.

David Charles Tucker, 46, Concord, Calif., flagrant nonsupport; $15,000 cash bond.

Brent Aaron York, 32, 7194 Penns Chapel Road, operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicants (fourth offense within 10 years), leaving the scene of an accident/failure to render aid or assistance, possession of an open alcoholic beverage container in a motor vehicle, first-degree persistent felony offender; transfer bond.
