Judith Olson Henrickson

Judith Olson Henrickson, 74, died May, 31, 2016, in Lawrenceville, Ga., due to the progression of Alzheimer’s disease.

Cremation services were provided by Georgia Cremation of Duluth, Ga. A memorial service and ashes spreading ceremony will be in Cushing, Wis., on July 23, 2016.

Judith was born in Fredric, Wis., on June 2, 1941, to Harvey and Alice Olson. She received a BA in education from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire and MA in education from Western Kentucky University. She taught in Minnesota, Iowa and Kentucky. She worked for the Warren County school system for 30 years as an elementary teacher and reading specialist. She was a member of Bowling Green Christ United Methodist Church. She enjoyed reading, gardening and spending time with friends.

Judith is survived by two daughters and their families, Serdar and Lynn Ertep and their children Nathaniel and Christopher of Lawrenceville, and, Alan and Jennifer Florence and their children Allison and Charles (Chase) of Louisville. Judith is survived by a brother, Harvey Olson of Eau Claire, Wis.
