The Warren East softball team stretched its win streak to nine games with a 12-2 win at Gulf Shores (Ala.) on Friday.

Kendall Smith paced the offense with a home run, her sixth of the season, and five RBIs. Kelsey Sparks had three hits, while Erin Houchins added two hits.

Katie Gardner picked up the win, allowing three hits with seven strikeouts in five innings.

Warren East (10-3) will face Warren Central at 5:30 p.m. Thursday at Ephram White Park.
