Margaret Bragg Huskisson

Margaret Bragg Huskisson, 88, of Bowling Green, passed away March 30, 2016. Born in Barren County on April 18, 1927, she was the daughter of the late Cecil and Della Bragg. Other than her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Elmer D. Huskisson, and all of her siblings, Willie, Harold, James, Ernest, Ralph and Jean Bragg.

Margaret was a loving mother, a devout Christian always constant in her faith and a steady hand for guidance and advice to her family and friends. She will be missed by many both from Lexington and Bowling Green, particularly her most beloved friends Juanita Denham and Lucille Hayes.

She leaves behind to cherish her memory her son, Michael Huskisson, and his wife, Christine; daughters, Anita Bethune and Beth Huskisson; her grandchildren, William Huskisson, Seth Bethune and Blake Bethune; and honorary granddaughter Bianca Barreto.

Visitation will be from 5 to 7 p.m. Saturday at J.C. Kirby & Son, Lovers Lane chapel. Funeral will be at 2 p.m. Sunday with visitation 90 minutes prior. Burial will be in the Glasgow Municipal Cemetery.
