A pair of former Butler County High School standouts helped their softball teams to salvage doubleheader splits on Friday.

Saint Catherine College sophomore second baseman Lynsie Clark (Butler County Class of 2014) went 2 for 3 with a run scored in the Patriots’ 7-6 win over IU Southeast (Ind.) in the opening game of a twin bill at Salt River Electric Field in Saint Catherine.

Saint Catherine (11-7) returns to action Sunday with a home doubleheader against Cincinnati Christian University.

Lindsey Wilson sophomore Amy Rogers (Butler County Class of 2014) went 2 for 5 with a double and two RBIs in the Blue Raiders’ Game 1 matchup against Davenport (Mich.) on Friday. 

Lindsey Wilson (13-7) is back in action Saturday with a home doubleheader against Kentucky Christian at Lindsey Wilson Park in Columbia.
