South Warren grad Wood swims 500 free at NAIA national championships meet

Lindsey Wilson freshman Emily Wood (South Warren Class of 2015) finished 18th in the 500-yard freestyle race Thursday at the NAIA Swimming National Championships in Columbus, Ga.
Wood finished with a time of 5 minutes, 20.02 seconds to finish 18th among the field of 35 swimmers. She just missed out on the B finals by nearly a second.
