Drug investigation results in 13 arrests, more arrests to follow

After a six-month drug trafficking investigation, the South Central Kentucky Drug Task Force secured Logan County grand jury indictments against several people, 13 of whom were arrested this week, according to a news release from the task force.
Those arrested include: Jared L. Smith, 27, Adairville, manufacturing methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance (meth), unlawful possession of a meth precursor, prescription drug not in proper container, trafficking in a legend drug and persistent felony offender; James N. Townsend, 34, Russellville, possession of marijuana and promoting contraband; Tresten L. York, 35, Russellville, trafficking in a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance; Kenneth J. Taylor, 50, Rockfield, trafficking in a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance; Ryan Parker, 32, Russellville, trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance;
Brooks Camp, 33, Russellville, trafficking in a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance; Sabrina Baxter, 44, Russellville, two counts of trafficking in a controlled substance and two counts of possession of a controlled substance; Stacey Rogers, 35, Russellville, trafficking in a controlled substance, possession of a controlled substance, prescription controlled substance not in original container; Leslie R. Vick, 32, Adairville, manufacturing methamphetamine, unlawful possession of a meth precursor, possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia; Melissa Hale, 53, Lewisburg, two counts of trafficking in a controlled substance (meth), two counts of possession of a controlled substance (meth) and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia; Marshall W. Riley, 32, Russellville, trafficking in a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia;Thomas E. Bigbee, 51, Russellville, promoting contraband, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia; and Amanda D. Harrington, 29, Russellville, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Several more indictment warrants remain to be served.
