The Bowling Green Police Department is investigating a robbery at Jr. Food Store at 10th Avenue and U.S. 31-W By-Pass.

A man walked around the store a few minutes Sunday before producing a knife and demanding cash from an employee. After robbing the store, the man left in a pickup truck.

The thief is described as a white man with a beard and mustache wearing a white T-shirt, knee-length shorts and flip-flops. The truck may have been an extended cab or a four-door, dark in color.
