According to a Bowling Green Police Department arrest citation, an investigator with York Regional Police in Canada provided information to city police May 26 about a child exploitation case he worked in which his suspect had communicated on Skype with Prince.

On Aug. 22, 2014, Prince talked to this person on Skype and said he had sexually abused an 8-year-old boy, identifying the child by name.

Later that day, Prince used a video camera to show the naked buttocks and genitals of the child as he slept, according to the citation.

BGPD Detectives Mike Lemon and Hany Elhubishi interviewed Prince on May 29, and Prince admitted to using Skype to contact the person from Canada and to using the video camera to show the child naked. Prince also provided the child’s name and age to police.

Lemon confirmed that the child had spent the night at Prince’s residence on several occasions around the time of the incident, the citation stated.

Prince is in Warren County Regional Jail in lieu of a $50,000 cash bond.
