GLASGOW — The car belonging to a missing Glasgow family was found at an abandoned fun park just outside Cave City limits on Mammoth Cave Road.

Raymon Ingram, 49, his wife, Cynthia, 40, and their 8-year-old daughter, Danica, were last seen April 25, according to a news release from the Glasgow Police Department. They have been reported missing.

Police found the family’s car Thursday night and towed it to a Glasgow police facility Friday, according to GPD Chief James Duff.

Police obtained and executed a search warrant on the vehicle, GPD spokeswoman Julie Anne Williams said.

“We didn’t find any evidence of a struggle or of anybody being wounded,” Duff said about the vehicle search. “We have looked in the residence. We have not executed a search warrant on the residence.

“At this time we don’t know what we have. They could just be gone.

“Their friends and family are very concerned,” he said. “We’re just trying to work it the best we can to bring them home safely.”

The FBI and the National Center for Missing & Expoited Children is assisting Glasgow police.

The vehicle was found in the parking lot of the former Golgotha Fun Park across the street from the Alpine Slide. Golgotha appears to have been out of business for several years. At one time the fun park contained two mini-golf courses and a restaurant with arcade games.

Weeds have pushed through the moldy greens on the mini-golf courses. Many small Gothic-style columns still stand with the hole numbers spray painted on signs attached to each column.

A variety of statues are scattered throughout the property and an old shed sits in the back. The restaurant has faded red-and-white gingham tablecloths with salt and pepper shakers sitting on many of the tables. Wooden picnic tables still sit outside.

The former fun park overlooks a steep bluff near Mammoth Cave National Park, and the area is heavily wooded. From the main road, the former fun park’s parking lot is not visible.

“We are following leads,” Williams said. “We’ve received many phone calls.”

Raymon Ingram is 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighs 125 pounds and has sandy blond hair. Cynthia Ingram is 5-1, 113 pounds and has long black hair. Danica Ingram is 4 feet tall, weighs 65 pounds and has long, dark hair.

Anyone with information about their whereabouts is asked to contact Glasgow police at 270-651-5151.
