Kelley Paul

Kelley Paul, wife of U.S. Sen. Rand Paul, will speak this week to women’s groups across the state – including stops in southcentral Kentucky – about her new book, “True and Constant Friends.”

The book will be published in April.

Paul will speak about her grandmother Julia O’Toole, who fled poverty in Ireland and came to the United States alone in 1929 at age 19, according to a news release. An essay about her grandmother is one of many about courageous and inspiring women included in her new book.

Stops on the tour include:

•9 to 10:30 a.m. CST Tuesday at Ariella Italian Restaurant, 183 Main St., Russellville.
