The Western Kentucky football program is offering its second Fantasy Football Camp for adults age 21 or older at Houchens-Smith Stadium on July 25-26.
The camp gives Hilltopper fans an opportunity for a behind-the-scenes look at how a Football Bowl Subdivision program operates. Campers will learn the intricacies of WKU’s offensive and defensive schemes, how plays are designed and the theories involved with the coaches’ game-planning process.
The camp will also give attendants the opportunity to walk in the shoes of a WKU player. Campers and their teammates will participate in practices run by the WKU coaching staff which include drills, play timing and live competition without pads. WKU coaches will give campers football presentations and simulations to enhance the experience of being a Hilltopper player.
Registration for the camp is $1,200, with all proceeds benefiting the WKU football program. Camp cost includes a personalized jersey, a locker name plate, a picture with coach Jeff Brohm and hotel accommodations if needed.
Registration forms are available at wkufootballcamps.com. All campers must be adult males age 21 or older.
