Eva Rosaline Madison Cowles

Eva Rosaline Madison Cowles, 85, of Bowling Green, entered into rest Dec. 2, 2013.

A native of Smiths Grove, she was the daughter of the late Luther Augustus and Mary Lena Madison. She was preceded in death by her husband, Jessie Ray Cowles; two brothers, Carlton Smith Madison and Luther Augustus Madison Jr.; and a sister, Dreama Lee Phelps.

Rosaline is survived by her two sons, Michael Ray Cowles (Barbara) of Walnut Creek, Calif., and Steven Lee Cowles of Bowling Green; a daughter, Marsha Cowles Daugherty (Bob Dunaway) of Beaver Dam; a brother, Billy Reed Madison of Louisville; eight grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren.

Rosaline was a member of Beaver Dam Baptist Church and was a homemaker.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at J.C. Kirby & Son Lovers Lane Chapel, with burial to follow in Fairview Cemetery. Visitation will be from 5 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wednesday and from 10 a.m. until the funeral hour at 11 a.m. Thursday.
