Mrs. Juanita Beach Weissinger

Mrs. Juanita Beach Weissinger, age 77, of Bowling Green, died Sunday, March 24, 2013, at The Medical Center in Bowling Green. 

Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Crafton Funeral Home, where services will be held Thursday at 1 p.m., with burial to follow in Restlawn Memorial Gardens. 

A native of Simpson County, she was the daughter of the late Charles Alvidore Beach and Rose Pearl Taylor Beach. She was retired from Weyerhaeuser in Bowling Green, where she worked as a bookkeeper. Mrs. Weissinger was a member of Calvary Baptist Church. She was a music major and known for her beautiful soprano voice. She was chosen as a soloist for the Christmas Vespers held in Franklin for many years. Mrs. Weissinger was a very loving and generous person and will be missed. She will be held a special place in the hearts of all who knew and loved her. She was preceded in death by her daughter, Carol Elise Weissinger, and brothers and sisters, James, Charles, Cecil, Bill, Willis “Buddy,” Catherine, Ruth, Eva and Olla. 

She is survived by her loving husband of 58 years, George Henry “Bill” Weissinger of Bowling Green; children, James David Weissinger and wife Linda-Lewis of Franklin, Patricia Louise Neal and husband James of Franklin and Georgianna Sasmore and husband Peter of California; grandchildren, Amy Jo Neal Walton and husband Len, Jamie Pearl Neal, Carissa Marlin and husband Chris, Jacqueline Michelle Craig and husband Bill, James Travis “J.T.” Weissinger and wife Elizabeth, Gianna Skye Sasmore and Jordan Elyse Sasmore; great-grandchildren, Nathan Scott Neal, Ethan Edward Neal, Addison Craig, Andrew Neal Warren, Patrick Keeton Marlin, Kaylee Danielle Marlin, Katheryn Mercedes Weissinger and Meryck Vonn Weissinger and several stepgrandchildren and great-stepgrandchildren.
