State Street United Methodist Church is pleased to announce the production of their 3rd annual Christmas Madrigal Dinner. Performances will be held on two evenings, Thursday, December 15, and Friday, December 16, with dinner beginning at 6:00 p.m.

This year’s dinner will feature delicious cuisine, prepared by Chef Marty Elmes and his elite crew of kitchen “wenches.” The evening will feature a Renaissance era drama, complete with king, queen, visiting royalty, a Madrigal choir, and of course, court jesters, all wearing beautiful Renaissance finery.

This production, the 3rd for the State Street Players and Madrigal Singers, will be held in the transformed fellowship hall of State Street United Methodist Church, complete with Yule logs burning, stone pillars, and an authentic boar’s head. Cost for both the meal and play is $15.00 for adults, $10 for children. All proceeds go toward funding for the church’s Latvian Mission.
