Published 12:00 am Monday, September 19, 2011

Riverview at Hobson Grove, south central Kentucky’s only historic Victorian house museum is pleased to host a Juried Fine Art Exhibition in conjunction with 150 Years:  Remembering the Civil War.  This event will be an exhibition and sale of works by local skilled visual artists.

Visitors to this showcase will view original two-dimensional works by area artists.  Items will be on display and some may also be available for purchase.  This unique venue, situated in an historic home interpreting the Victorian Period, will highlight the talents of area artisans in reflecting Riverview’s role in the Civil War and commemorating the historical Sesquicentennial.  We encourage area enthusiasts to visit the Remembering the Civil War Juried Fine Art Exhibition in this unusual setting.
