William and Robin Elkin of Bowling Green announce the engagement of their daughter, Ashley Nicole Elkin, to Jonathan Randal Lillard, son of Randal and Darlene Lillard of Bowling Green.

Miss Elkin is a graduate of Western Kentucky University and is employed by the Barren River District Health Department.

Mr. Lillard is a graduate of Greenwood High School and is employed by Bowling Green Municipal Utilities.

The wedding will be Sept. 30, 2011, in Las Vegas.
