The Western Kentucky athletic department has partnered with Qualtrics to provide an online survey of Hilltopper alumni, season ticket holders, donors and fans.

Fans are asked to visit www.wkusports.com and click on the link at the top of the home page to access the online survey, which will take no more than 10 minutes to complete.

The goal of the survey is to gather information and feedback from Hilltopper fans on WKU events, promotions and overall customer relations.

The results gathered will provide WKU Athletics with vital information that will be utilized to review, enhance and improve the athletic department’s entire game day and customer service operations.

Everyone completing the survey will be able to register for two free club level tickets and a parking pass to WKU’s season-opening football game against the University of Kentucky at L.P. Field in Nashville on Sept. 1.
