A Bowling Green man was indicted Wednesday by a grand jury on 98 counts of sexual offenses.

Marvin Eugene Croft, 49, 1325 Kenilwood Court, Apt. 2, was charged by the grand jury with 49 counts each of use of a minor in a sexual performance and possession of matter portraying a sexual performance by a minor.

According to the indictment, the offenses occurred between March and this month with a minor younger than 18.

When the victim is under 18, the use of a minor in a sexual performance charges are Class C felonies carrying a punishment of five to 10 years in prison. The possession charges are Class D felonies punishable by one to five years in prison.

The Bowling Green Police Department investigated the case. Warren Circuit Judge Steve Wilson set a $25,000 cash bond for Croft.

Alfred Larue White, 34, 222 Peerce St., Atlanta, receiving stolen property valued at less than $10,000, second-degree criminal possession of a forged instrument, giving an officer a false name or address.

Johnny Lewis Shropshire, 37, 2085 Delano Drive NE, Atlanta, receiving stolen property valued at less than $10,000, transfer bond.

Chad Scott Upton, 40, 5301 Scottsville Road, Lot 31, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, unlawful possession of a meth precursor, first-degree promoting contraband, tampering with physical evidence, second-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, $20,000 cash bond.

Brittney Leiann Gilleland, 19, 5301 Scottsville Road, Lot 31, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia, $1,000 cash bond.

Robert Glenn Havens, 55, 700 Interstate Drive, manufacturing methamphetamine, unlawful possession of a meth precursor, first-degree possession of a controlled substance, operating on suspended/revoked operator’s license, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, rear license plate not illuminated, $25,000 cash bond.

Carol Philpott Collins, 40, 240 Mayhew Road, Park City, manufacturing methamphetamine, unlawful possession of a meth precursor, transfer bond.

Penny Michelle Thompson, 29, 1041 Browning Road, Auburn, engaging in organized crime-criminal syndicate, two counts of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, $50,000 cash bond.

Brian Keith Crisp, 44, 250 Adamson Drive, engaging in organized crime-criminal syndicate, two counts of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance, first-degree persistent felony offender, $50,000 cash bond.
