Puckett infant

MUNFORDVILLE — Masyn Todd Zeke Puckett, 2-week-old son of Jeffrey Todd Puckett and Ava Brittney Smith of Buffalo, died March 30, 2011, at Kosair Children’s Hospital in Louisville.

He was preceded in death by a paternal grandfather, Gerald F. Puckett.

Graveside service is at 11 a.m. Saturday at Mount Beulah Cemetery. Sego Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.

Other survivors include three brothers, Jesse Puckett, Lucas Smith and Seth Long, all of Buffalo; two sisters, Jessica Benningfield and Rachel Puckett; maternal grandparents, Lisa Weikel and her husband, Gene, of Clarkson, and Greg and Rose Smith of McLean County; paternal grandparents, Mae Puckett Long and Ken, of Buffalo; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
